5 Things I Want To Help My Audience With

I don’t know about you, but I find myself jumping from crochet site to crochet site to find the information I could use or information that I need for patterns or other crochet questions. I have decided to start my own blog and try compiling all of those things in one place. I hope you find what you need here and find my site a help to you. Below I have listed 5 of the things I aim to write about in order to assist you on your crochet journey.

1. Provide easy to follow guides, tutorials and patterns

I want this blog to be a source of information for not only the seasoned crocheter, but also for the novice. I intend to post pictures and videos to explain how certain stitches are made; along with answering any other crochet related questions that you may have.

2. Explore different crochet mediums

There are many types of materials used in crochet. In fact, I have yet to try all of them myself. I know of crocheting with yarn, thread, beads, ribbon, plastic bags, and old t-shirts just to name a few. I will try them all and give you my review.

3. Provide information on ways to preserve your crocheted creations

With all the beautiful crochet items out there, from those you make to those inherited heirlooms, there is always the question about how to take care of them. I will do my best to make sure you know how to keep those precious items and memories safe.

4. Review all things crochet

Be it patterns, websites, blogs, books, yarn, or hooks, I will check them all out and give you the details. I will let you know how well they work, what they are used for, and any tips I find out along the way.

5. Tips on how to market your crocheted items

From how to price items, to how to find places to sell your crafts, I will search out the information you need. There are many tips on table set up, item placement, and how to accept sales through credit/debit. I want to cover them all.

In conclusion

I plan to write a new post every week covering one of these topics, offer a free pattern, or just keeping you informed on how my current project is going. I also hope to be a treasure trove of information on everything crochet! It is so satisfying to begin a project and then see the finished project!

Crocheting is a wonderful way to de-stress after a long day. Crocheting is also a good way to keep your hands busy while watching TV or any other downtime activity. This comes in handy if you’re trying not to snack in the evening. I know this from personal experience. It is also a great way to provide others with beautiful personal gifts. I hope when you visit my site you’ll find whatever you are looking for and much much more!
