| ORDER PROCESSING: Downloadable items will be delivered to you as soon as your payment has been received and verified by Woocommerce. You will receive a downloadable link in the email they will automatically send. For physical items that are ready to ship they will ship next business day. For items that are made to order, they will ship the next business day after they are created. The creation time will be listed in the details section of the item. Expect an email within 1-3 days to let you know your order is on the way! When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery minus shipping. This window is extended to 30 days for purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas to account for holiday gift giving. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
